Your order hasn't arrived yet?
If it's been less than 17 days since you ordered, that's completely normal and your order is certainly in transit.
It's been more than 17 days (France and Europe)?
Your order may be delayed. Note that this is common during parties and vacations.
Also remember to check at your local post office if your tracking tells you that your package has been delivered but that you do not have it in your mailbox.
How to track my order ?
On your order confirmation page, you will have access to your tracking number once your order has been shipped (48 hours on average).
From there, we recommend using the Parcelapp site to track your package.
If it has been more than 7 days since the tracking of your package has changed, you can contact us to obtain more information on the progress of your order.
Read before contacting us : If your message concerns an order, consider adding your order number (#2...) to your message.
