The Star Eaters
In Norse mythology, Fenrir Loup, son of the god Loki and the giantess Angrboda, chained by the gods for fear of his uncontrollable power, had two sons. The first is called Sköll, his name meaning "Betrayal". His second son is named Hati which means "Hate" to him. After chaining their father, Odin captured these two wolves and took them up into the sky to pursue the Sun and the Moon respectively. One preceding the other, during Ragnarök, they can devour the god of the Sun as well as that of the Moon and spread the blood of the gods on the battlefield.
